REFUNDS
After returning a product that meets our return policy, you will receive a full refund on your purchasing amount. The amount will reflect on your bank account after about 1 weeks. The time frame includes the 1-2 business days for shipping the products back to our warehouses, 3-5 days to process the return once we receive it, and an additional 5-10 days for the bank to process the refund request.
If you are worried about any fees, do not worry. myDelbina Trading LLC-FZ covers all costs of returning defective products if the problem was our fault. Otherwise, you may have to pay a small fee to the shipping company to return your order, which you can either choose to pay on your end or have us pay and deduct from the amount you paid for the product.
