  • 1 sweet potato peeled
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 1 large Carrot, trimmed
  • 1 Red Beet peeled
  • gold potato
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • Fine Salt
  • Cooking oil


Steps to Make It - Easy 4 Steps

Step 1- Wash the selected vegetables and slice them with a mandolin slicer. Now, soak the slices in cold water for 20-30 minutes in a bowl. Use a strainer to remove excess water from the vegetables and place the pieces on a towel.

Step 2 - Now preheat your oven to 200°F. Then, add cooking oil to the oven tray. When the oil is hot enough, drop the slices into the oil. Release the oil little by little 2-3 times without keeping the pieces together.

Step 3 - When you see the vegetable pieces are crisp and brown in color. Then, take them out of the oil and drain the oil well, and keep them in a clean container. Fry the rest of the slices in the same process. It now turns into delicious crunchy dried vegetable chips.

Step 4 - Once the chips are fully fried, place them in the oven to keep warm for some time. Now, you prepare the seasoning mix using your favorite spices. Depending on taste, you can take salt, garlic powder, onion powder, coriander powder, and dry chili powder.
