Best Salad In Dubai - Delicious Recipe Everyday At Home


There was a time when salad was considered boring food in Dubai. But now the healthy side of salad has changed people's thinking. As a very popular healthy food, this dish is now at the top of everyone's favorite list. Health conscious consumers are constantly reinventing salads. Almost all health experts recommend including more vegetables and fruits in the diet. However, I will present 5 salad recipes in this blog. Green Vegetable Salad - Healthy and Tasty Side Dish


We will first learn about the green vegetable salad recipe and its nutritional value. Let's see what ingredients are needed to make this salad-


For the green dress:


1. Two tablespoons chopped chives
2. 1/4 cup (60 mL) buttermilk
3. Two tablespoons chopped tarragon
4. Two tablespoons lemon juice
5. One clove garlic, minced
6. 1/4 cup (70 grams) plain Greek-style (thick) yogurt
7. Two anchovies, finely chopped, Olive oil, Sea salt and cracked black pepper.

For the Salad:


1. 150g green beans, trimmed, blanched and shredded
2. One small fennel bulb (180g), trimmed and thinly sliced.
3. 200g Brussels sprouts, blanched and sliced
4. One bunch asparagus (150g), blanched and sliced
5. 150g ricotta salata, shaved
6. 1/3 cup (45g) roasted hazelnuts, skins removed with chopped
7. 1/2 cup chervil sprigs


    Preparation:


    Step 1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl to make the green dressing.
    Step 2. Blend the ingredients well in a handheld blender until smooth.
    Step 3. Put your favorite vegetables in a big bowl.
    Step 4. Toss the vegetables well so that they mix well with each other. 
    Step 5. Divide between serving plates and top with ricotta salata.
    Step 6. Drizzle with dressing and top with chervil and hazelnuts.

      Salads made with fruits and vegetables are very nutritious and delicious. You can easily make it at home in a short time. This salad is the perfect side dish for this hot summer. Here are the ingredients you need to make it-

       

      1. 1 medium green pepper, chopped
      2. 3/4 cup diced red apple
      3. 1 cup chopped celery
      4. 1/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise
      5. 1/2 cup seedless red grapes, halved
      6. 1 cup shredded cabbage
      7. 1/4 teaspoon salt and Lettuce leaves


        Preparation:


        Place the fruit and vegetable pieces in a large bowl and mix well. Next, combine the salt and mayonnaise together and prepare the pepper mixture. Now put it all together in the fridge for 25-40 minutes. Finally, serve with lettuce leaves.


        Tomato Onion Salad


        Personally, this salad is one of my favourites as a side dish with jollof riceTomato onion salad is almost everyone's favourite side dish. So let's know how to make this salad.


        Preparation:


        First, mix the salt, sugar, olive oil, vinegar, and basil. Then chop the tomato and onion. Then, pour the oil mixture over the tomato and onion slices. Now refrigerate it for about 2-3 hours. That's it; your delicious salad is ready now. You can arrange it in a bowl and serve it.


        Best Chicken Macaroni Salad - Easy and Delicious


        Chicken macaroni salad is a very popular snack. This macaroni salad is a super easy side dish for summer barbecue parties, family get-togethers, or even picnic lunches. Ingredients required to make this easy salad-


        1. 1 pound chicken breast filets
        2. 1 cup onion, finely chopped
        3. 1 cup carrots – finely diced
        4. ½ cup green bell pepper
        5. 1/2 teaspoon of green chilies
        6. 1 cup raisins
        7. 2 cups mayonnaise
        8. Uncooked - 1 pound macaroni
        9. 1 can (137 g) pineapple tidbits
        10. ½ block cheese and ½ teaspoon salt – adjust as needed


          Instructions:


          First place the chicken in a cooking pot and fill the pot with water. Then add a pinch of salt and simmer in the oven for 10-15 minutes. Once boiled, remove from heat and drain the water. Then cut the meat with a clean knife. Now you cook the macaroni according to the package instructions, drain the water and put it in a bowl. Then mix all the remaining ingredients except pepper, cheese and salt together well. Now mix and grate the cheese over the cooked macaroni salad. Add salt and pepper to taste. When ready, cover the bowl with cling wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Finally, stir once more before serving.
